This debut album reflects some of the great songwriting of James Konopasek's 82-year-old father, Frank Benjamin Konopasek - a man of Czech heritage who grew up in Verdigre, Nebraska and Medford, Oregon. The influences of Johnny Cash, Merle Haggard and Alan Jackson can be heard.  James's work (Americana Folk, Country and Soft Rock tunes) reflect the influences of James Taylor, Lyle Lovett, Lucinda Williams, Alan Jackson, Jackson Browne, The Doobies, Steely Dan and The Eagles. For country, folk and soft rock fans, this record may tickle your fancy.
